Cade's 1st day of Preschool

Cade started preschool yesterday! I was worried he might have a hard time but he did great. He kept asking me all morning of it was time to go yet. He started to get teary eyed when we got to his classroom but that soon turned into a smile as he saw the play dough. He even posed for a picture. I am sure it will be a great year for him. He has the same teacher Hunter had when he started preschool. She is a wonderful teacher & truly loves what she does.
I was a little lost without Cade. I kept looking for him. I freaked a couple of times when I saw he wasn't in the car! I look forward to tomorrow since it will be my last day kidless. Only a few more days till Husdon arrives. We can't wait!

Hunter's 1st day of Kindergarten!

Hunter started Kindergarten today. He has been ready to go back to school since he got out of preschool in the spring. He absolutely loves school & is a very social kid. He went to his class and sat down and started doing what he was supposed to do as Mom left the room in tears. I really didn't think it would get to me. He has really started to change & become this independent person. I don't like it so much. I tell him all the time I don't want him to grow up & he tells me "but Mom I have too." He always assured me it will be okay. I will always be his best Mommy, he says. We only had one mishap. Hunter rides the bus. We took him to school today but let him ride the bus home. He got off a stop to early & had Mommy a little panicked. He walked home with his neighbor friend who I had told him to get off the bus with. So he did follow my directions!Hopefully tomorrow will be better as he will ride the bus to & from school. Here are some pictures from this morning.

Hunter's soccer camp!

Last week Hunter had soccer camp. It was a great camp & Hunter really enjoyed it. They send players from England to coach the camp. Hunter's coach was awesome & had a great accent. They learned a bunch of fun games & well as some soccer skills. Coach Pete gave Hunter great remarks. We are looking forward to starting our fall soccer season in September just 2 days before baby Norris arrives.

Safety town!

Every Friday in the summer safety town has family night. You get to ride the jeep & bikes through the mini town. The boys had so much fun. Safety town is a great place not only do you get to play in the mini town but you learn about fire safety & what to do in bad weather. Here are some pics.

Swimming Lessons

Hunter had swim lessons the last 2 weeks & did great! He is swimming really well I feel more comfortable with his swimming. He has grown more confident in himself. He also learned how to dive. They would dive down and get rings off the bottom of the pool. Here are some pics from his lessons. I can't believe how fast summer has gone.

They monitored me for a few hours, ran some test then sent me on my way. All the test came back negative. Of course none of the contractions every registered on monitor once I got there even though I felt them. Baby Norris is doing well and thank goodness will bake for a few more weeks. 7 more weeks til scheduled c-section.

8 more weeks

I have 8 more weeks till baby #3 arrives. My c-section is scheduled for the 14th of September. I can't wait. This Texas heat hasn't been fun at all. Thank goodness for the mini cold front that is here. We are in the high 80's & low 90's verses 100 & above. Now we are preparing to get the babies room ready & get the boys situated in their rooms. Hunter is moving upstairs and Cade will take Hunter's room. That is the goal for the weekend! So the count down is officially on till the blog becomes 3 Norris' bruisers!
